Engaging our communities
The branches of our operating subsidiaries are deeply embedded in the communities they serve. Guided by our long-term focus on health, education, environment, and disaster relief, we support initiatives that promote social welfare and resilience.
These projects are typically initiated by branch staff, who best understand local needs. Subsidiaries allocate a share of profits (0.5–1%, and 2% in India due to regulation) to fund activities that are highly valued by clients, colleagues, and the wider community.
