At ASA International, every day is a day to celebrate the women who shape our organisation and the communities we serve. Over the past few days in particular, colleagues have come together to mark InternationalWomensDay with reflection, dialogue, and celebration.

Across the Group, teams explored this year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” reflecting on a simple but powerful idea: when we give opportunity, trust, and support to women, everyone gains.

Throughout the week, this message came to life in many ways:

• Open conversations about the barriers women still face and how we can accelerate progress together
• Stories of inspiring women, both colleagues and clients, showing what becomes possible when opportunity is given
• Recognition and appreciation for the women whose leadership, dedication, and resilience drive our mission forward
• Community initiatives, from supporting mothers and newborns to celebrating clients who are building thriving businesses

These moments remind us that gender equality is not only something to celebrate. It is something we must actively build together. As many colleagues highlighted during discussions, progress happens fastest when everyone is part of the conversation.

International Women’s Day is therefore both a celebration and a commitment, ensuring that what we give continues to translate into meaningful progress for women in our workplaces, our company, and the communities we serve.
