Raised in a conservative family, I learned the significance of respecting elders and their viewpoints. Despite inevitable disagreements stemming from individual disparities, I prioritise respect as the cornerstone. I firmly believe that respect forms the basis of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork. It’s a fundamental expectation from our clients”.
